Andrey Tamarchenko is the founder and artistic director of JoyArt in New Paltz, NY – an undercover alchemist, rebellious artist and an independent educator. Devotional instinct, love for Nature, commitment to self-inquiry and lifelong meditation practice are the magic ingredients supporting his artistic enterprise.
Andrey’s contagious exuberance ignites the creative process and activates inspiration for those that seek to evolve their personal artistry. With relentless commitment to each person’s creative autonomy a safe space opens for hidden gifts to emerge. This open-hearted approach to teaching reflects more than 25-years of serving as a guide and facilitator.
When Andrey anchors his gaze on the sublime the ephemeral connection between Nature and psyche becomes visceral, and swirly-fire brushstrokes turn into dancing rivulets of revelation.
Julia Tamarchenko is JoyArt’s Executive Director and early education specialist that has been creating and supporting children’s programs since 1996. Her caring nature, down-to-earth attitude and quiet strength serve as integral pillars of JoyArt’s mission and provide a solid foundation for all workshops, retreats and events.
Dr. Judith Schafman offers therapy and dream work in group, workshop settings, and on line via ZOOM and SKYPE. She is a trained Gestalt practitioner, dream worker, artist and spiritual director.
